An employer has to be very vigilant while selecting the employee for his organization. The organization can effectively attain its goal only if it has the employees who work towards it. The employer has to ask all the questions which can explain him the educational and professional background of the applicant. The employer also needs to assess the moral and intellectual routine of the candidate so that he can make the best decision about hiring him.
